🌅 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM

Calm Wake-Up Routine

  • Light cuddling

  • Wash face

  • Give water

  • A small fruit piece (banana slice or apple)

Why: Sets a calm tone and avoids morning crankiness.


7:00 AM – 7:30 AM

Floor Play (No Toys Needed)

  • Stacking cups

  • Empty tins/containers

  • Opening/closing lids

  • Pulling out cloths from a basket

Why: Best time for brain activity.


7:30 AM – 8:00 AM

Breakfast + High Chair Play

After breakfast, give:

  • Spoon + small steel tumbler

  • Small soft ball

  • Silicone blocks

Goal: Keep him engaged safely while you eat.


8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Outdoor Time (Mandatory)

  • Walk outside

🔥 KEY RULES — Non-Negotiable

  1. No phone at all. Don’t use phone near him.

  2. If he cries for phone → ignore and redirect.

  3. Use water play + outdoor time as your two strongest tools.

  4. Don’t over-stimulate before naps or bedtime.

  5. Don’t change the routine every day — consistency = stability.
